The Club offers a bistro style casual dining experience in the bar areas of the Club. Members can book tables in advance by using the Club’s membership App, or by clicking the reservations button. In addition to our published menus, we also offer daily specials, please check the specials boards in the bars for the day’s offerings when you next visit.
Private dining, with table service, is available in our function rooms, for which there is an additional room hire charge.
The Club is the perfect venue for banqueting whether for a sit-down meal or a less formal buffet.
The largest room is the main dining room which can accommodates up to 70 people in at theatre-style set up. For more relaxed affairs such as finger buffets or receptions, our spaces can host a maximum of 100 guests. For a sit-down meal or a classroom-style arrangement, the maximum capacity is 65 people. Additionally, there is an adjacent fully stocked bar available for use during meetings/functions.

The Civil Service Club has to be one of my favourite restaurants. Where else could you dine 4 people with wine and three courses for just over £100
I had the salmon with rice and a side salad and it was lovely. Really appreciate that you can swap the side dishes!
We really enjoyed our meal, served with minimal delay and excellent attention and service by the staff. The food and wine were well priced and the quality very good. We will be back.
I attended the comedy night. The buffet that is included in the price was not as good as previous months. Also why use paper plates and plastic cutlery?

Lovely staff . Food good and plentiful although a slice of bread cut in triangles as the ploughmans could be improved upon. Good prices and place to eat and drink and close to theatres etc.
