The Club offers a bistro style casual dining experience in the bar areas of the Club. Members can book tables in advance by using the Club’s membership App, or by clicking the reservations button. In addition to our published menus, we also offer daily specials, please check the specials boards in the bars for the day’s offerings when you next visit.
Private dining, with table service, is available in our function rooms, for which there is an additional room hire charge.
The Club is the perfect venue for banqueting whether for a sit-down meal or a less formal buffet.
The largest room is the main dining room which can accommodates up to 70 people in at theatre-style set up. For more relaxed affairs such as finger buffets or receptions, our spaces can host a maximum of 100 guests. For a sit-down meal or a classroom-style arrangement, the maximum capacity is 65 people. Additionally, there is an adjacent fully stocked bar available for use during meetings/functions.
If you wish further information, or to discuss private dining or banqueting, please see our Functions page or contact the Functions Manager

When the price of beer goes up by 20p a pint, it might be worth telling your service staff. When I queried the increase on the amount I pay each week, I asked if the beer had gone up in price )which it appears it had). The staff member serving me said Ive no idea!
Had a really enjoyable lunch with my wife and a few friends. Food and service excellent. Very pleased with the reservation process.
A good quiz varied with a good mixture of easy and difficult questions
My party of 6 had a great time catching up with each other at the Civil Service Club. We enjoyed the food, friendly service and sitting outside on a nice day in London.
Bar / restaurant reservation very straightforward and easy. I like that a reminder to confirm or cancel booking is sent prior to the day. Useful to be able to reserve the area or actual table number if you want. Excellent value food and good portions. Drink is generally ok value although the wine bottle price less value for money. Sauvignon Blanc most expensive white and over priced at £19.95 and personally feel that it is less value for money than the Chardonnay at £15.95. Service was excellent on this visit from Simone and Bea. Great bonus using the "almost monthly" Club reward voucher as well as being able to accrue reward points on every transaction when using the Club App.
Excellent value for money in central London. Friendly and efficient staff.
Visits are always enjoyable. A change in menu would be appreciated with a few more vegetarian/vegan options. Service excellent. whether in reception or food/wine.. Please would you clarify whether all staff are paid a living wage and how many breaks they are given on shift.
A pleasant lunch, excellent value for both food and drinks. The staff were friendly and efficient. Thanks.
Always great at the club
Great place to catch up with friends and have a meal. Very relaxed safe place to drink and eat.
Excellent as always.
.
The staff were friendly ,as usual, and although it was very busy we were served quickly. Our food was lovely and arrived with very little waiting time. My guest - whose first visit this was-was very impressed with the whole thing. We are looking forward to our next visit.
Another most enjoyable visit to the Club
Does what it says on the tin. Cannot beat the Club for value for money in Central London. Jim
Excellent service as always!
Best place in town for a good, value-for-money lunch, cooked and served with aplomb (no, not a plumb)
Surprised that the only venue regularly available for food is the bar area. Although the food and service are excellent, it's not ideal if you want a quiet meal. I haven't had the opportunity to experience the Queen Elizabeth dining room yet, because it is so infrequently open.
We had an enjoyable 4 day stay
Brilliant food and drink with great service
