The Club offers a bistro style casual dining experience in the bar areas of the Club. Members can book tables in advance by using the Club’s membership App, or by clicking the reservations button. In addition to our published menus, we also offer daily specials, please check the specials boards in the bars for the day’s offerings when you next visit.
Private dining, with table service, is available in our function rooms, for which there is an additional room hire charge.
The Club is the perfect venue for banqueting whether for a sit-down meal or a less formal buffet.
The largest room is the main dining room which can accommodates up to 70 people in at theatre-style set up. For more relaxed affairs such as finger buffets or receptions, our spaces can host a maximum of 100 guests. For a sit-down meal or a classroom-style arrangement, the maximum capacity is 65 people. Additionally, there is an adjacent fully stocked bar available for use during meetings/functions.

Its not a trendy bar but the staff are excellent, the bar food and the restaurant food is good, the drinks are decent and a reasonable price. There is nothing else in the area that compares. I've been coming for years and it is very good. Carlisle United London Supporters

We love it here. The food is good and VERY reasonably priced, the venue is comfortable and friendly and the staff are stars. We'll be back again soon.
One of my guests had never been to the Civil Service Club before, and she commented several times on how exceptionally helpful and friendly the staff were. She has since emailed me to say what a great place it is! The food was delicious and the man serving us was very attentive, noticing small details and offering things that would make the experience better (e.g. I ordered vegan bites and a couple of sides instead of a main, which all came on small separate dishes, and he noticed and offered to bring a plate too - a little thing, but it made it so much easier and nicer).
Excellent and speedy service. Great atmosphere. It would be helpful to be notified with the table number, prior to arriving at Civil Service Club.
