The Club offers a bistro style casual dining experience in the bar areas of the Club. Members can book tables in advance by using the Club’s membership App, or by clicking the reservations button. In addition to our published menus, we also offer daily specials, please check the specials boards in the bars for the day’s offerings when you next visit.
Private dining, with table service, is available in our function rooms, for which there is an additional room hire charge.
The Club is the perfect venue for banqueting whether for a sit-down meal or a less formal buffet.
The largest room is the main dining room which can accommodates up to 70 people in at theatre-style set up. For more relaxed affairs such as finger buffets or receptions, our spaces can host a maximum of 100 guests. For a sit-down meal or a classroom-style arrangement, the maximum capacity is 65 people. Additionally, there is an adjacent fully stocked bar available for use during meetings/functions.

Was our first visit and was very impressed
As usual the food and atmosphere was great...The chicken burger which can be hit and miss was cooked to perfection. The only issue I had was service I had asked for my usual swap out of fries for chunky chips but ended up with fries even though the old chap taking my order confirmed my request for chunky chips. The CSC is still one of the best value places to eat and drink....and I can recommend the breakfasts which are varied and great value for money.

As an out-of-town member who uses the Club mainly to keep in touch with friends,I would really have liked to eat in the Queen Elizabeth Dining Room. The ambience there is quieter and more conducive to chatting and refreshing acquaintances. I think the Club is badly letting down its out-of-town members, [who as far as I can tell from my visits, seem to be the bulk of its customers], by not opening the QE Dining room more than the one or two days a week it is currently offered.
