all great service and food.......but once again someone had moved the booking table notification from the table it should be on (11) onto a small table in the middle.....this is a common occurrence unfortunately ....you need to invest in a system that can't be moved please

It was very nice to visit the club in the evening as I had always been there in day before.  It was very crowded but we had a table in the tv room which was perfect and the food and drink was very nice with good sized portions- thank you to all staff

I'm only complaint was I had to send my steak back as it was under cooked but the problem was rectified

What’s wrong with the awful floor in the ladies toilet. It really needs an upgrade in there. Also, the tables are wiped down, but they feel sticky? I also think the bench seats are too low for the tables, it all looks a bit tired.

We come up to London from time to time and coming into the club for something to eat or just a coffee is always part of the day. Always a smile at reception and the bar, service is beyond reproach and whatever refreshment we have it is invariably first class.

Another enjoyable stay for us and again the Club delivers super service and value for money. The Sunday lunch was again excellent quality and great value.

Excellent customer service!! Special mention to the new design of the "Reserved" sign placed on the table, which appears to be bigger and easier to read. Well done!!

The main course was and is always excellent. I went for Eton Mess and it was very disappointing, a class full of jam rather than a good mixture of meringue etc.  Perhaps it was put together by someone who didn't really know what a mess they had made...! :)

One more observation the QE dining room needs new chairs, they are rough looking or were at my last visit there.

The meals and drinks are excellently priced for central London and the staff are hardworking, attentive and efficient. The meals are generally good, but perhaps there is too much emphasis on size, and in particular the inclusion on most options of "chunky" chips. It would be nice to see a few more vegetarian options or meat options with pasta or rice.

Very friendly and helpful waiter.  Outside heating on a cold day was very welcome.

Always a great bolt hole in the centre of London whether it be for a drink, a bite to eat, a comfort stop, or just somewhere to catch your breath, with or without company. However, it is always wise to make a reservation for dining to ensure you have a seat as it can get busy and walk-ins may be disappointed. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Now very difficult to book accommodation for the W/E which I suppose is a measure of the Club's success.
