It is good to see the club so busy , especially as everyone still made time to look after us so well

We were surprised to find ourselves in a room which was also a fire exit for other guests. Luckily we weren’t disturbed, but the room was also smaller and noisier than others, so all in all not a great experience- and in spite of the spec being below other rooms, we still paid full whack, so this will definitely make us think twice in future, especially as rate increases of 9% since last year have already made the rates less competitive.

Not much atmosphere in the small TV room.  Food service was fast.

Great place to visit and stay. Excellent value for money...... sometimes the vegetables are undercooked ...... carrots, cauliflower and brockly especially....... (if the knife goes in easily .....its cooked ??). All the staff are so friendly and nice to chat to). Only fault is that after we are eaten the plates can remain on the table a bit too long however things are improving there a bit now. However overall it's a very positive and enjoyable experienc. Thank you x

Portion sizes too big . Food excellent please review the wastage . 

It may be good to say full size or smaller portions even at the same amazing prices . I hate sending a half eaten plate back especially as it’s delicious .

Best club most reasonably priced in central London food not fancy but wholesome and fresh and superbly priced
