There was a stalled train on my line so I didn't have time to sit and eat but the kitchen made me food to take away which was very helpful

Great service and always happy to be flexible with our needs

I was with a group of 4 friends,  2 of whom had never been to the club. They had a ball! They loved the nibbles, the prices and the staff. A great night was had by all.

Best club in London. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The prices of both food and drink are very reasonable especially considering it’s central London. The seating and decor is comfortable and pleasant and the club has a lovely atmosphere.  I’d give the club 5 ??

Up to your usual standard, only downside we had to sit and listen to 3 women with very loud voices putting the world and his wife to rights, we moved once but it made no difference !!! if I see them there again I will run a mile !

Staff are great.

Very noisy - difficult to have a conversation. (Maybe the new upstairs bar is better, but I couldn't make a reservation for there)

As usual, our table was reserved as requested. Service at the bar was friendly and good and our food orders came up quickly. The food was enjoyable and plentiful. Reception were friendly.

Whenever I bring guests to the Club they are always impressed by the meals and value for money, as well as the friendly service, as I am.

Good choice of menu at affordable prices

This was my first stay with you and I was most impressed. The rooms were small but very clean with a comfortable bed, good air conditioning and a great shower. The food was excellent. Your full English is a treat, with excellent produce. You have an excellent selection of beers and wines at very reasonable prices. The reception and waiting staff were excellent. The location is exceptional. I am heading back on the 23rd August. Well done Civil Service Club

I don’t come up often, but when I do it’s always a pleasure to stay at The Club. Yes, it is basic compared to neighbouring hotels, but great value for money and in a fabulous location.

I love the CS Club - where it is, its value for money and its unpretentious ways. But for me it would be great to see some more vegan options that were more than just off-the-shelf ultra processed fast food options - the pie, the sausages, the vegan bites.  There really is so much more that could be offered that's so easy to prepare, tasty, healthy and low cost.
