Ewelina, office & Reception, was very helpful & efficient in explaining the booking system for the bar area and in arranging future future reservations.  And all had a top afternoon on 21/11/24.

Great pity that more use cannot be made for members' dining in the restaurant rather than pub grub in the bar.

Very busy when I visited but as usual the staff and service was great. 



Is there an issue with the glass washer in the bar, I had to point out that a couple of glasses I had didn't look clean.

Another pleasant evening spent in the club. The staff are quite simply a pleasure to meet and interact with. Always welcoming and nothing is too much trouble.

The Civil Service Club is a great venue, so centrally placed in Westminster. With a good choice of drinks and meal options, we always enjoy our visits. Staff are friendly and helpful, prices good and it has a lively atmosphere. Taking out membership was a smart move and we regularly eat there when in central London.

Fantastic service by all the bar staff, and a special thank you for all the staff who served us food, and finally a big thank you for reserving the corner space behind the bar, this worked brilliant for all my guest, I will definitely be booking this spot again in the new year.

Ordered duck and asked if it was a complete meal or if I needed rice or potatoes etc with it.  Staff said it was a complete meal however I'd recommend adding a side dish as I was still hungry after.  There was just 1 small piece of crispy kale, not a full portion of vegetable.  Lighting was dim in the bar area (5pm).

Good as usual

I ordered a well cooked Steak which arrived not cooked & bloody, the meal was taken away. To be then given back to me minus the Steak & the chips were cold.

Also, the new barmaid just didn't seem to know how to make drinks.



All this is very unusual at the venue
