Fantastic staff. Very efficient and very friendly and very quick. If they weren't having to wear masks I'm sure they were smiling all the time.

Great venue in centre of London, good food reasonably priced

Stayed seven nights 10-17 June 2021. Friendly helpful staff, ample food portions of a much higher standard than a year or two ago. Hard working, visible general manager overseeing the smooth running of the club and assisting staff with food service at busy periods. In my unsolicited opinion this is a vastly improved club. Well done to all.

Really attentive service and a great meal.

Cajun chicken was superb. Service friendly and efficient. Made to feel welcome. Would liked to have seen a drinks list. I didn’t enjoy my choice of wine so if I’d been able to read descriptions I’d have made a better choice. Glad to be back.

Didn’t have food. Club not busy so low key atmosphere. Staff helpful and friendly as always. Great to see them in good spirits.

We prefered the Big Earl Malbec you used to offer, rather than the new variety.  Otherwise all good and thanks

I love the civil service club its very reasonable especially when you think where it is located. I took my friend for the 1st time, he really enjoyed it.

It was great to be back after lockdown, and everyone did a great job at making us feel welcome as usual.  The Piri Piri chicken was very nice.
