The Club offers a bistro style casual dining experience in the bar areas of the Club. Members can book tables in advance by using the Club’s membership App, or by clicking the reservations button. In addition to our published menus, we also offer daily specials, please check the specials boards in the bars for the day’s offerings when you next visit.
Private dining, with table service, is available in our function rooms, for which there is an additional room hire charge.
The Club is the perfect venue for banqueting whether for a sit-down meal or a less formal buffet.
The largest room is the main dining room which can accommodates up to 70 people in at theatre-style set up. For more relaxed affairs such as finger buffets or receptions, our spaces can host a maximum of 100 guests. For a sit-down meal or a classroom-style arrangement, the maximum capacity is 65 people. Additionally, there is an adjacent fully stocked bar available for use during meetings/functions.

Turned up last night, club was rammed and I couldn't find my table. Asked the manager to help and he tried to work out what had Happened. He found an alternative table in a much quieter spot. He was great. Club was just too busy.
Excellent service, great food and lovely friendly atmosphere
We requested upstairs to be away from the bar but being Dec it meant upstairs Xmas menu which we had not anticipated, but went with it. Portion sizes are huge. Very nice prawn tian starter. All sorts of roasts and our lamb very good. Food was lovely but could not finish main course. One plate of main divided between 2 would have been sufficient. Upstairs dining room not much used so a bit lacking in atmosphere.
Table wasn't reserved as agreed this time.
Every staff member I met - Reception, Bar Staff, Restaurant Staff at dinner and breakfast were all very polite helpful and efficient this was whilst they were also dealing with Christmas party groups. I do not think I have ever been dealt with as quickly and nicely in checking in, having dinner and having breakfast in all the hotels I have stayed in before. This was my first stay and I will definitely be returning.
Normally the food is good but I was disappointed with my meat at the Christmas lunch, too much sinew and fat. The service was very good.
Service was quick and efficient. Staff were friendly and attentive. The food was excellent and the Christmas menu was generous and well cooked. My party had a spiffing time.
Booked for the Xmas meal, it was amazing and great value for money. Service was excellent.

Wanted Christmas Lunch. Booked the table via member app but didnt realise that I could only book the standard menu online. Other than that the food, service and staff were fabulous as always.

A Friday in December so it was very busy, pleased we had booked a table. Our main courses were fine - well-cooked and arrived speedily. Similarly with our coffees. The noise level was a bit higher than we would have liked but imagine that was the time of year, was more relaxed on my previous visit.
