The Club offers a bistro style casual dining experience in the bar areas of the Club. Members can book tables in advance by using the Club’s membership App, or by clicking the reservations button. In addition to our published menus, we also offer daily specials, please check the specials boards in the bars for the day’s offerings when you next visit.
Private dining, with table service, is available in our function rooms, for which there is an additional room hire charge.
The Club is the perfect venue for banqueting whether for a sit-down meal or a less formal buffet.
The largest room is the main dining room which can accommodates up to 70 people in at theatre-style set up. For more relaxed affairs such as finger buffets or receptions, our spaces can host a maximum of 100 guests. For a sit-down meal or a classroom-style arrangement, the maximum capacity is 65 people. Additionally, there is an adjacent fully stocked bar available for use during meetings/functions.

The mens toilets need improvement in terms of cleanliness.. The floor is forever wet.

The service and food was very good. Ive been in a number of times and its always been the same.
Excellent customer service from efficient staff. Double room 508 was clean and quiet, but the en-suite shower room was very small and awkward to use.

I booked in person and asked for a quiet area. Much to my dismay, we were put right in the middle of the bar. This is the second time this has happened! However, I spoke to Julia (Ass GM) and she found a table in a back room. Andy

Booked a table for 21st January. In the bar . Food was delicious. Up to it's usual high standard. Staff on bar and reception very helpful.

The food was fine and portion sizes generous. I ordered a coke and wants watching it being poured. I ended up with a pint for my wife ...she wasn't expecting that ! Really reliable service with a good atmosphere. I always feel safe in the club. Many thanks

Please don't change the four night weekend stay deal. This represents excellent value for money for those club members who don't work in London or live in the South East.
Good quality and great value
This time I have a small grudge : the food was very lukewarm and the plates were cold. AGAIN the vegetables were not quite cooked enough for our taste; too hard. Apart from that we like to come to the club which has been nicely refurbished downstairs.

As new members, we love the Civil Service Club. We joined our friends on Sunday 21st January as they had over reserved a table & I informed the bar staff that our booked table was now free. Everything about the Civil Service Club is excellent, the food is always fantastic, brilliant service at the bar. Made to feel very welcome as soon as we entry the building.
