Great and friendly service from very efficient staff

This must be the best value in London. Food was excellent and arrived quickly. The staff sere all very pleasant. Only slightly down mark is that the other guest can be very noisy. Best to dine slightly late when its quieter

Another nice afternoon with old pals. 

The food we ordered was very tasty and worth every penny. It was served in good time and the overall service throughout the afternoon was very efficient and friendly. One small personal criticism, I found the blue bench seating area beside the front windows far too soft, needs more support underneath, and it was too low down. Give me a firm dining chair anyday.

Found it more crowded than usual - half term?

I booked a table for 7 adults, no real major issues other than the table was really only suitable for 6 adults, it was a bit of a squeeze  as we could only use three sides of the table as the fourth side was only a foot or two from the neighbouring table and no space for a chair.... other than that no complaints whatsoever, service was impeccable and good value for money and everyone in the party enjoyed the quality of the food served :)

It was particularly noisy with a large group of children although it was half term

Bar area busy and noisy (half term ?). We used the dining room upstairs which was much quieter. Lovely service.

So convenient location. Had a problem with a door handle which was replaced within hours! Very efficient, friendly and comfortable.  Thank you.

Usual lovely cooked breakfast. Two children were accommodated and enjoyed it too

I had booked a table for six people, however the table that had been reserved could only sit four people. Thankfully, a member of staff was able to sort out a table that could accommodate us all

My sons were guests, both 8n or have been in the military and both were very impressed with the club. Both are considering joining the club. The lunch was very successful. Thank you

Wonderful friendly and prompt service and an excellent meal- as usual. Reception were particularly helpful as my guest was unavoidably delayed  This friend thoroughly enjoyed the Club experience.  A  big "thank you" to all the staff.

Excellent lunch enjoyed by my wife and I. Although the club was very busy during our reservation time, the staff were great and the service was exceptional. Food was very tasty and served without delay.

Can be a bit noisy in bar when busy but food and drink for money

We ate upstairs in Queen Elizabeth Dining Room which looked much more tidy than usual with tables laid with green trablecloth and cruet.  5 or 6 tables in use so more atmosphere. |Nice and quiet.  Fast service.

Perfect location. Close to Big Ben. Rooms are small but perfectly adequate. Bathroom lovely and clean.

The service was absolutely perfect. I added a note about it being my dad's birthday on the reservation and that I would like to bring a cake. The staff were ready for it and provided cutlery and plates. All of the staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to help us have a lovely evening. I would like to thank the bar manager in particular (I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she had blonde hair and was fantastic). Thank you!
