The Club offers a bistro style casual dining experience in the bar areas of the Club. Members can book tables in advance by using the Club’s membership App, or by clicking the reservations button. In addition to our published menus, we also offer daily specials, please check the specials boards in the bars for the day’s offerings when you next visit.
Private dining, with table service, is available in our function rooms, for which there is an additional room hire charge.
The Club is the perfect venue for banqueting whether for a sit-down meal or a less formal buffet.
The largest room is the main dining room which can accommodates up to 70 people in at theatre-style set up. For more relaxed affairs such as finger buffets or receptions, our spaces can host a maximum of 100 guests. For a sit-down meal or a classroom-style arrangement, the maximum capacity is 65 people. Additionally, there is an adjacent fully stocked bar available for use during meetings/functions.

I couldn't really fault my dining experience. I was really surprised by the size of the portions for the price. Really excellent value. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. However, I was quite disappointed I had specifically booked a table, only to find someone was sat in it. I appreciate the staff offered to move the person, but I was in quite a rush to eat and go to an evening function elsewhere so I chose to sit in the back. Overall, a very positive experience.
Need a numbering system on the new tables. I was told by bar staff the reason for not numbering them is that everyone knows the old system. I've being using the club for nearly 40 years. I do not know the old numbers and any newer members wouldn't have a clue. The breeze from the door was awful where we were seated. That's one seating area I won't request...if I only knew the table number!
The food was excellent and the portions generous. The service was superb.
We tried the new menu in the Dining Room... so glad we did. All very good, especially the mains- we had: beef cheeks and lamb shank, both cooked to perfection as were the veggies. Service was prompt and friendly. Really enjoyable dining experience and excellent value.. Thank you..
Excellent as always. The only thing that is really irritating is when customers visiting the club move reservation signs from one table to another. Its happened to me on two occasions where I had specifically booked the bar area. The ladies on the front desk confirmed where I was sitting in the bar and when I approached the table my reservation sign had been moved to another table out the back. Amy behind the bar sorted out the problem but I think people need to be told that they cannot move the reservations.

I brought four people to the club yesterday, all four are now in the process of applying to join! I'm bringing two other guests to the club on Sunday (who have previously visited) and both intend to join! Brilliant!
