Great place.

I am so pleased to have the opportunity to thank your staff and especially the gentleman who ‘bent’ the rules slightly when I was in the Club on Saturday 17th at lunchtime with my 3 grandchildren.  He volunteered the kids menu (always good), allowed us to have our lunch slightly early, and in so doing made a great difference to our day out. 

I wish I could come visit more often, but thank you all so much. Glenys.

A top quiz and good food and drink.

Club much busier now than in the past.  Not always easy to find a seat - even when pre-booked.  Food really good and well priced.

Friendly and welcoming staff, very attentive and good value for money. Nice choices for food and drink, good selection and no issues with my booking.

Our table was covered in drinks stains which we had to clean after asking the bar staff for a cloth.

The security on the front door is non existent with anyone able to enter with no checks for membership.

As always my guests and I had a wonderful fun time at the club and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The only annoying issues when I did the meal orders for all of us, (I did NOT order all at the same time)  there were 3 items that were served up incorrectly even though I had carefully clearly explained to the waiter upstairs in the quiz room what we wanted and which he APPEARED  to understand by acknowledging with a nod: they were 1. I asked for the scampi tails meal to be served with mash instead of chips: chips were served  2) I asked for the egg & ham meal, eggs to be well done: eggs were served runny. 3. I asked for only 1 piece of ice in my g&t, a HUGE  glassful of ice was served! It was clearly a linguistic issue: SOME of your staff language levels very low and they cannot understand even common situational conversations in English, whereas others like especially Dominika & Julia too are very professional and understand what your clients are saying (unlike Michael too - I have to say - who was almost impossible to converse with and very unhelpful and dismissive when I had a problem in my room months ago). PLEASE employ staff whose English language levels match the requirements for their roles.

Great place with good food and house wine. Just need more staff to cope with the number of visitors and guests.  Top location.

A great lunch with my wife and family. Food, drinks and service were exceptional. Staff were, as always, extremely friendly and efficient.

Bustle with diners on our Tuesday visit the staff were working hard but managed to cope well. The only other feedback would be the apparent reluctance of reception staff to ask for sight of a members card before allowing access. I haven't been challenged on my last 5 visits and it's only when l show them it are they interested.
