The Club offers a bistro style casual dining experience in the bar areas of the Club. Members can book tables in advance by using the Club’s membership App, or by clicking the reservations button. In addition to our published menus, we also offer daily specials, please check the specials boards in the bars for the day’s offerings when you next visit.
Private dining, with table service, is available in our function rooms, for which there is an additional room hire charge.
The Club is the perfect venue for banqueting whether for a sit-down meal or a less formal buffet.
The largest room is the main dining room which can accommodates up to 70 people in at theatre-style set up. For more relaxed affairs such as finger buffets or receptions, our spaces can host a maximum of 100 guests. For a sit-down meal or a classroom-style arrangement, the maximum capacity is 65 people. Additionally, there is an adjacent fully stocked bar available for use during meetings/functions.

First lunch at the CS Club after joining: easy to book, staff very friendly and efficient, food good value, good quality and generous servings. All very good, especially for location.

This was my first visit as a new member and on arrival was offered a tour of the Club. I had booked a table for myself and a guest in the bar - there are extensive eating areas. The food was excellent as well as plentiful and there is a good range of beers and spirits. There are a number of eating areas as well as outside non-smoking and smoking areas. The rooms, although not large, were well appointed and served by a lift, except to the top floor. I enjoyed an hour in the outside non smoking area before eating. Prices are very reasonable for food and accommodation. The Club has a traditional feel and a wonderful central location. I am delighted to be a member and wish Id joined sooner. My guest was also impressed and was considering membership. A hidden gem!

The staff were efficient and pleasant. The food is really good more than ample portions. The staff both behind the bar and at the reception desk were exemplary. I was there with friends to celebrate my 75th birthday and we thoroughly enjoyed being able to eat in the Queen Elizabeth dining room. I hope that one of my colleagues will now be joining the club.
